As a key industrial park project approved by the provincial and municipal governments in Hualong District, Hualong zero-carbon Industrial Park Project introduces the mode of low-carbon and zero-carbon industrial park, aiming to build the first new-type zero-carbon industrial park in Puyang City. The project is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Lucheng Road and Xindong Road in Hualong District, with a planned land area of 59,000 square meters and a total construction area of 83,000 square meters.
