The former building of Yangzheng Library is an old building with a history of nearly 100 years. Design Concepts and Practice Methods
The library is an innovative practice and exploration. Yangzheng Library not only has a magnificent exterior, but also an impressive energy-saving design of the building itself. In particular, the WG75 series aluminum alloy polyurethane composite doors and windows system, with a comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of less than 1.0, adopts 6Low-e+16Ar+6 Low-e+16Ar+6 (double silver high-transparent LOW-E), with a very low heat transfer coefficient, meanwhile also obtains a higher visible light transmittance for lighting, as well as suitable shading coefficient to effectively control the summer sun heat. The building itself also increases the full use of renewable energy, helping the building to achieve the goal of real zero carbon energy saving.
