Experts from China Construction Research Technology, China Construction Research Technology Shanghai Branch, and China Building Standards Design and Research Institute have systematically interpreted the new requirements of ultra-low energy policies and management regulations, the research and application of low-carbon key technologies in building components, and the research and practice of ultra-low energy building projects; Experts from the Smart Building Research Center of China Real Estate Association and Zhongsen Design Institute shared specific implementation cases of smart building in ultra-low energy residential projects, as well as performance improvement and evaluation certification of commercial intelligence; Experts from the National Inspection and Testing Center and the Pacific Energy Center explained the key points of ultra-low energy building inspection and evaluation, as well as the quality control, supervision, and on-site problem handling issues of ultra-low energy building construction.
