Background
The national policy of promoting ultra-low energy consumption buildings is imminent
The 14th Five Year Plan for Green Buildings in Shanghai issued by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development requires that an ultra-low energy consumption building technology and standard system suitable for the regional characteristics of the city should be formed, and more than 5 million square meters of ultra-low energy consumption building demonstration projects should be implemented
Up to now, nearly 30 ultra-low energy consumption building projects in Shanghai have passed the review and won the plot ratio award. It is estimated that the total area of ultra-low energy consumption buildings will exceed one million square meters
In order to achieve the national dual carbon strategic goal, it is imperative to promote ultra-low energy consumption and near zero energy consumption building standards


Meeting content
This conference is a grand event to share strategies and experiences on the design indicators, technical solutions, standards implementation and other aspects of ultra-low energy consumption buildings. The 8th "Passive Housing" exchange conference, jointly held by Wingreen Energy Saving Doors and Windows Co., Ltd., Green Building Research Society and Anhui Mingyuan New Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., will be held in Shanghai on January 11, 2022.
